Training:
NOVEXSYS
is designed to be easy to use and easy to train to new hires.
You can expect greatly reduced training overhead and can realistically
expect to spend 2 hours training new hires and have them completely
up-to-speed in a day or two.
We will remotely train your project leader(s) on all facets
of the system and train them so that they can in turn train
the rest of your team. This training generally takes 4 hours
and can be broken into 2 sessions if need be. These leaders
will be trained on:
- User controlled configuration of the system (room types,
rooms, transaction codes, etc.)
- Rates and Restrictions
- Groups
- Billing (AR)
- Front Desk Functions
- Night Audit
